Building Contractors
We offer an extensive range of contracting services to the residential, educational, commercial and industrial sectors. Our services include new build developments (including design & build), refurbishments, renovations and alterations. Our developments team have successfully completed many projects for individual customers ranging from malls, small extensions through to large five-bedroom homes and major renovations.

Services
With over 16 years’ experience as a building contractor to the majority of the Cape Town’s major house builders, we have set and maintain the highest standards of quality in a cost effective and timely manner. Our workforce of approximately 10 bricklayers is supported by a team of quantity surveyors and on-site supervisors. We also have retained the services of a health and safety consultant.
The safety of our workers and others who may be affected by our work is a top priority for us and we always carry out site specific risk assessments and method statements.
